The first step in a Limousine Conversion. A new Lincoln Town Car directly in from the dealership is stripped. The interior is removed for the conversion
process. The base unit is covered with 3M welding and spark paper to protect the paint and interior that was not removed from being damaged during the conversion process. |

You can see that the dash and door panels have been protected. The door glass has also been covered. This base unit is almost ready to pushed forward onto
the "Rails" The rails as I call them is where the base unit pushed over a set of steel rails attached to the floor. The base is then jacked up at 8 points. 4
points for the front 1/2 and 4 on the rear section. |

Here you can see two limousines on the rails. The wheels are not actually touching anything at this point. The whole Limousine is held up on two rolling
dolly's that are on the rails. |

The front section of the limousine is jacked up on 4 jacks and is stationary. |

The rear section is held up on the rolling dolly. You can see the two rails on the floor the the dolly rolls on. |

This is a clear picture of the rear section and the dolly. |

This unit has been stretched and the roofline has been extended. |

A bunch of different steps are visible is this shot. First you can see the temporary X brace that was tack welded in place prior to cutting the base unit it
two. This keeps the base unit from warping during the process of being cut in two and is kept in place until the actual process of stretching the base is complete. This
employee is working on getting the original floor plan ready to be joined with the new extended section. You can also see one of the two carrier bearing & cross members to
facilitate the new 3 piece driveline. The exhaust pipe has been extended. Notice the the original door pilliar was cut towards the rear of where the drivers door originally
would of been. |

This unit has the floor panels installed. Two new pillar posts have been welded in place to attach the original front doors. The roof is also taking shape
in this photo. And you can see that the front section is also held in shape via a temporary X brace. |

At this point there is not much to the passenger compartment! It would be a bit breezy. |

The roof has yet to be installed. You can see where the original roof has been cut. |

Welding the new rocker panels in place. Also visible is a cross member and a drive line carrier bearing. The rails are also pictured. And along
the right edge you can see the structural steel used to extend the base units frame in this case the base in now 120 inches longer than it originally was. |

The side structural steel has been welded in place. Did you know that limousines are also crash tested. |

Just a different view of the structural steel. |

The roof is in place and the side structural steel has been welded to the new pillar post. |

The floor pan is welded in place. |

The roof is being installed. Also the side sheet metal has been installed over the structural steel. This unit is very close to going to the paint
shop. The base unit next will be painted before having the interior installed. |

A thin fiberglass "Limo" reduction window has been installed. Some cheap conversions omit this step. All of our limousine feature reduction
windows for your privacy. |

Here are two bar units that are ready to be installed. |

This is a mirrored ceiling. This particular unit has and etched design that is still covered. |

A "J" seat is being assembled in the upholstery shop. The back of the seat is held in a jig and the back of the seat has been covered with foam. |

The top and the top of the doors have been covered with foam padding prior to installing the vinyl top. Notice that the foam has been sculpted so the doors
flow into the roofline. New Lincoln limousines doors flow from the doors into the roofline. |

Glue is being sprayed onto the roof to hold the vinyl top in place. The rear portion of the roof has already been installed. |

Two craftsman are in the process of stretching and placing the roof. Contact type glue is used. |

The roof is almost fully installed. The tops of the doors need to still be covered. |

Glue is being sprayed to attach the stainless steel rocker panels. |

The stainless steel rocker panels are being installed. |

The drive line is being masked off to protect it from over spray. Next the undercarriage will be sprayed with a rubberized type undercoating. |

It takes a very big elevated ramp to be able to walk under a 120" limousine. |
