Effective January 1st, 2009 all reservations will have a 7% Fuel Surcharge added to the reservation. Emerald & VIP Limousine Services has continued to grow since Greg Schiedler started V.I.P Executive Limousine Service in October of 1989.  In June of 1991 I entered into partnership with my father Gary Schiedler and together VIP Limousine purchased Emerald Limousine & Oregon Rental services in Albany, OR to form our parent company Oregon Rental Services.  Oregon rental services rents Limousines, Sedans, Vans and RV's.  Since then we have continued to grow providing consistent high quality limousine service to most of western Oregon.

We are proud to announce that with the addition of our Ford Excursion 140" stretch (Vip-16) we now have three SUV Limousines in fleet, Hummer H2 Vip-11 and Ford Excursion Stretch Vip-16. We also now have two NEW body style White 120" Lincoln Limousines(Vip-10, Vip-12) and a new Black 120" Lincoln Limousine (Vip-15).

	Sunday -thru- Thursday buy Three hours and get a discount equal to the base hourly rate of the limousine with a formal dinner.[formal dinner] "A sit down restaurant with menus and wait persons etc..." Friday & Saturday buy Four hours and get a discount equal to the base hourly rate of the limousine with a formal dinner. Only one discount per reservation. Dinner Not included. Ie $75.00*3=$225 +5% +15% (Fuel Surcharge & Gratuity) = $270.00-$75=$195.00
	We offer both Eight Passenger @$55/hr & Fifteen Passenger @$65/hr chauffeur-driven van's - perfect for corporate tours and or bachelor & bachelorette parties!
	Sunday - Thursday 2 Hours. Eugene/Springfield, Albany/Corvallis & Salem markets. 3 Hours Portland market. 4 Hours Bend/Redmond market. Friday & Saturday 3 Hours. Eugene/Springfield, Albany/Corvallis, Salem & Portland markets. 4 Hours Bend/Redmond market. Event Evenings: (Proms, Winter formals etc...) 5 Hours(6 Hours for SUV Limousines).  All markets.  Reservations require a deposit equal to the first two hours of service.  Deposit is NON-refundable if reservation is cancelled within one week of the event.  Full payment is required one week before event. We offer our standard 2-3 hour minimums if your are willing to book either before or after our primary 5 hour minimum reservation.
