Smart vacationers know that RV rental is a great way to see North America.
With an RV, you are free to choose where and when you want to go. It is
for people who love the freedom of the open road. Whatever RV you choose
to rent, let your spirit of adventure guide you to a one of a kind vacation.
For full enjoyment of you rental RV, we recommend selecting a campground
with full hook-ups (sewer, water and electricity) and, at least, basic
amenities such as recreational facilities, laundry room, clean rest rooms,
convenience stores and helpful personnel.
Note: 3 & 7 Night rates include 3 or 7 bedroom nights(like a
motel). We charge per bedroom night like a motel ie count each midnight
as a rental day. A 10 day rental would be charged as a 7 night minimum
plus three extra nights. All departures and returns are to/from ALBANY,
OR!
The units are bare units. Ie. no cooking utensils, bedding etc. etc.

A fee of up to $100.00 will be charged if the interior of the vehicle has not been cleaned. Holding tank must be emptied prior to return of the vehicle or be subject to an additional dump charge up to $100.00.
RENTAL CONDITIONS: (Subject to terms and conditions of rental agreement) Rates and rental conditions subject to change without notice. Rental day is based on number of nights the vehicle is used. Each night constitutes a rental day. Rental charges are based on rates in effect at pick-up day. RV pick-up time between 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM. RV drop-off time between 9:00AM and 11:00AM. Returns after 11:00 AM. subject to $25.00 per hour charge. propane (one tank excess). No refunds for unused portions of rental. Major credit card and identification verified at rental. Some travel restrictions apply. NO SUNDAY departures or returns. Departure AND Return location is Albany, OR.
DRY CAMPING: If you choose to camp where there is no 110V available and the batteries go dead etc. etc. Oregon Rental Services will not be held repsonsible for your spoiled food, being cold etc. etc. We have generatorators available for rental and highly recommend that you camp at a minimum at sites where 110V is available.
TRAILER RENTAL CONDITIONS: At time of pickup, customer must provide a Certificate of Insurance from their tow vehicle insurance agent, stating liability limits of $100,000/$300,000/$50,000 and naming Oregon Rental Service, as additional insured. Customer's tow vehicle must be equipped with an operational electronic trailer brake controller, a minimum class III frame mounted type trailer hitch and a 7-pin Bargman compatible wire harness connector. Customer must provide their own 2 5/16" hitch ball, ball mount pin and ball mount with the correct offset to obtain level trailer angle when connected to their vehicle (Top of ball must be from 18" to 24" high). Actual hookup to the customer's vehicle is to be performed by the customer. Oregon Rental Services will not provide any parts or make repairs to customers vehicle.
TRAVEL TRAILER HITCH REQUIREMENTS: You must have a receiver type class III frame mounted receiver type hitch. Travel trailer requires the top of the ball from 18" to 24" above the ground when connected and extend approximately 8" behind towing vehicle.
EARLY RETURNS / LATE PICKUPS: No refunds will be made for early returns or late pick-ups.
